📋 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bluetooth Utility ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Licensor: LuminaSet (a KEOIS Company). These terms govern your use of Bluetooth Utility as distributed through the Apple App Store.

🔑 License Grant

Subject to these terms, LuminaSet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bluetooth Utility on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules set forth in Apple's Terms of Service.

• You may use the App for personal or professional, non-redistributable purposes.
• You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App.
• You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

🔵 App Description & Use

Bluetooth Utility is a professional BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) developer tool for scanning, inspecting, and interacting with nearby Bluetooth devices. Features include live device discovery, full GATT explorer, characteristic read/write, console logging, and write history. All session data is processed and stored on-device only.

Professional tool. The App is intended for developers, engineers, and technically proficient users. LuminaSet makes no guarantees regarding compatibility with specific third-party Bluetooth devices or fitness for any particular use case.

💳 Subscriptions & Purchases

Bluetooth Utility offers auto-renewable subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The following terms apply:

• Billing. Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal period.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal pricing. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
• Managing subscriptions. You can manage and cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time.
• Free trials. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

🔒 Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our full Privacy Policy explains how Bluetooth Utility handles your data. In short: your BLE sessions, write history, and console logs never leave your device.

🛠️ Maintenance & Support

LuminaSet is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Bluetooth Utility. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support with respect to the App.

⚖️ Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bluetooth Utility is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. LuminaSet expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

🚫 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuminaSet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

LuminaSet's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months prior to the claim.

🌐 Third-Party Claims

LuminaSet, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to Bluetooth Utility or your use of it, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims.
• Claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

©️ Intellectual Property

In the event of any third-party claim that Bluetooth Utility or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, LuminaSet will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

Bluetooth Utility and all content, features, and functionality therein are owned by LuminaSet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

📍 Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

🍎 Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Bluetooth Utility after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LuminaSet operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
