📦 Information We Collect
- Nothing from app usage. The app does not transmit any data to us or any third party.
- No analytics. We do not integrate any analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry SDKs.
- Optional support contact. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your email address, name (if provided), and your message.
🔵 Bluetooth Data
- Bluetooth device names, UUIDs, RSSI values, characteristic data, and write history are processed entirely on-device.
- None of this data is transmitted to our servers or any third party at any time.
- Write history and console logs are stored locally in your device's app storage and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
🔧 How We Use Information
- Support emails are used solely to read and respond to your request. Nothing else.
- We do not use your contact information for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
🚫 Sharing & Third Parties
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
- The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect data (no Firebase, no Amplitude, no Meta SDK, etc.).
- We may disclose information only if required by applicable law or valid legal process.
🗂️ Data Retention
- On-device data (write history, logs) is retained until you delete it in the app or uninstall.
- Support emails remain in our inbox for reference. Email us to request deletion at any time.
💳 Subscriptions
- Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store.
- We do not receive or store your payment information.
- Subscription status is verified locally on-device using Apple's StoreKit framework.
- Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
👶 Children
- Bluetooth Utility is a professional developer tool not directed at children under 13.
- We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
🔄 Changes to This Policy
- We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will reflect any changes.
- Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
