  • Nothing from app usage. Neon Mahjong does not transmit any data to us or any third party.
  • No analytics. We do not integrate any analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry SDKs.
  • Optional support contact. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your email address, name (if provided), and your message.

🀄 Game Data

  • Game state (tiles, moves, timer) is handled entirely in memory on your device.
  • No game data, scores, or session information is transmitted to our servers or any third party.
  • Neon Mahjong does not write persistent game data to disk beyond standard iOS app lifecycle behavior.

🔧 How We Use Information

  • Support emails are used solely to read and respond to your request. Nothing else.
  • We do not use your contact information for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

🚫 Sharing & Third Parties

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
  • The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect data — no Firebase, no Amplitude, no Meta SDK, nothing.
  • We may disclose information only if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

🗂️ Data Retention

  • Neon Mahjong stores no persistent user data. There is nothing to retain.
  • Support emails remain in our inbox for reference. Email us to request deletion at any time.

💳 Purchases

  • Any in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store.
  • We do not receive or store your payment information.
  • Manage or cancel purchases anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

👶 Children

  • Neon Mahjong is suitable for all ages and is not directed at children under 13 for data collection purposes.
  • We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, children included.

🔄 Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will reflect any changes.
  • Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
