- No analytics, no ad SDKs, no tracking of any kind.
- The app runs entirely on-device. Nothing is ever transmitted anywhere.
- No personal data is collected, stored, or sold from app usage.
- If you contact support, your email is used only to reply.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Nothing from app usage. KR8-0 does not transmit any data to us or any third party.
- No analytics. There are no analytics, crash reporting, or telemetry SDKs integrated in the app.
- Optional support contact. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name (if provided), email address, and message.

APP DATA
- Sequencer state — patterns, BPM, kit selection, mute/solo — is handled entirely in memory on your device.
- No patterns, sessions, or app data are transmitted to any server or third party.
- KR8-0 does not write persistent data to disk beyond standard iOS app lifecycle behavior.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- Support emails are used solely to read and respond to your request.
- Contact information is not used for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.
- The app contains no third-party SDKs that collect data. No Firebase, no Amplitude, no Meta SDK.
- We may disclose information only if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

DATA RETENTION
- KR8-0 stores no persistent user data. There is nothing to retain.
- Support emails stay in our inbox for reference. Email us to request deletion at any time.

PURCHASES
- Any purchases are handled entirely by Apple via the App Store.
- We don't receive or store your payment information.
- Manage or cancel purchases in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

CHILDREN
- KR8-0 is not directed at children under 13 for data collection purposes.
- We don't knowingly collect any data from anyone, children included.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
- We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will reflect any changes.
- Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
